How to Add a New User

Click on User Management 

From your dashboard, click on User Management (This is the last option on the left-hand side menu) 

Click on +New User 

Click on the +New User icon (Located to the right, top)

Fill in Information 

There are three (3) categories in this section that require your attention. 

  1. User Information 

Here you will enter fill in the following fields: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number and Password 

   2. Company-Wide Permissions 

This section allows permissions on a company-level. 

   3. Store-specific Permissions 

This section allows you to grant permissions to users on a store level. These permissions are related to the store. 

If you have multiple stores connected to your account, this section allows you to grant  permissions to the user by store. 

Change Selected Stores 

This icon allows you to adjust permissions by Store (provided you have multiple stores connected to your account)
