Reports
Once you’re logged in, from the sidebar menu on the left, click on Reports.
2. Product Report
Select Product Report from the pop-out menu.
3. Set Parameters
To begin, you will set the following conditions:
Selected Stores
Reporting Period
Change Selected Stores
If you have multiple stores connected to your Petro Outlet platform, you can generate a report that combines data for all of them or you can run reports for each store, individually.
Individual Store Report
Click on Change Selected Stores. Select the store you wish to run the report for and save changes.
Multi-Store Reports
Click on Change Selected Stores. Select the checkbox across from “Name” to select all the stores on your platform. Save changes.
Tags that appear here are based on your selections. You can manually adjust these. Your on-screen stats will update accordingly.
Change Reporting Period
Chashier Shifts
From the drop-down menu, select the desired shift.
Custom Period
With the Custom Time Range feature, you have the option to pull data by date & time (the hour)

5. Product Report Overview
Now that you’ve generated the report, we’ll walk you through what is displayed.
Graphs
Graphs are a visual representation of the stats for each department. You can click on categories to add/remove.
Graph information can be viewed in two formats :
Overall or Hourly Performance
Next, To the right side of the screen, you will see a brief summary of three factors:
Quantity
Top Products
Sales
Registers & Cashiers
Tags that appear here are based on your search selections. You can manually adjust these. Your on-screen stats will update accordingly.
Add/Remove
Lastly, the bottom of the page displays a summarized version of the data generated. It includes the following information:
Product Name
Product Sku
Product Modifier
Quantity Sold
Amount Sold
6. Download Full Report
In this browser version of the report, we only show a subset of products sold
To view the full report or download a copy for records, click on Download Full Report.
This file is in CSV (Comma-separated Values), Excel format.
