How to Generate Fuel Reports

Click on Reports, this is the 2nd option on the sidebar menu to the left of your screen

2. Fuel Reports

From the pop-out menu, select Fuel Reports

3. Set Parameters

  • Change Selected Stores

If you have multiple stores connected to your Petro Outlet system, you can generate a single report that combines the data or you can pull individual reports for each store.

Multi-Store Report

Click on Change Selected Stores and select all stores from the list.

Individual Store Report

Select the specific store you would like to generate a report for

  • Change Reporting Period

Once you have selected the store (s), it’s time to set the Reporting Period. You can choose between cashier shifts or by a custom time range.

You can filter by Date & Time

4. Report Overview

After completing the above steps, your report will then display in the web browser.

We’ll walk give you a brief explanation of what is presented:

Graphs

Graphs are a visual representation of the fuel grades stats. You can click on each to adjust.

Add/Remove

Graphs can be viewed by Hourly or Overall performance. Click to toggle.

  • Registers & Cashiers

The information in this section is populated based on your search settings. You can manually adjust by adding/removing selections.

Next, To the right of your screen, you will see an overview of three factors based on your search criteria.

Gallons

Transactions

Sales

Lastly, at the bottom of the screen, a detailed layout of the report is shown.

The following information is included:

Grade

Pump

Transaction Count

Gallons Sold

Amount Sold

5. Download Full Report

You can access the complete version of this report by clicking on Export to CSV.

The report will be downloaded in CSV (Excel) format
