1. Reports

From your dashboard, click on Reports

2. Scan Data Report

Select Scan Data Report from the pop-out menu

Note the message in Blue

4. Change Selected Stores

If you have multiple stores connected to your Petro Outlet system, you can view a combined list of submissions for all stores or by each individual store

Single-Store Report

Select the specific store from the list

Multi-Store Report

Select all stores on the list

Loyalty Total

Here you will see a summary of your Loyalty Total to date.

5. Scan Data Submission List

Once you have set your conditions, the report will generate. The following information will be displayed:

  • Week of

  • Submitted on

  • Store

  • Vendor

  • Products Sold

  • Loyalty Sold

  • Status
