  1. Click on In-Ground Fuel/TLS

To begin, click on the In-ground Fuel/TLS icon. This is the 5th option on the menu

2. Set Parameters

To view Fuel/TLS statistics, selecting the Store(s) and Reporting Period is required.

Change Selected Stores

If you have multiple stores connected to your Petro Outlet platform, you can generate a single report that combines the data for all stores or you can pull individual reports by store.

Select all stores linked to your account

Individual Report

Select the specific store you would like to view data for

3. Change Reporting Period

Once you have selected the store (s), it’s time to set the Reporting Period. You can choose between cashier shifts or by a custom time range.

From the drop-down menu, select the start & end shifts

Custom Time Range

With the Custom Time Range feature, you have the option to request data by date & time (the hour)

4. TLS Report

In-Ground Fuel/TLS Report

Once your conditions are set, the following fuel statistics will display:

  • Recorded at

  • Water

  • Temperature

  • Height

  • Capacity

  • Delivered

  • Sold

  • Total Out

  • Shrinkage

5. Set Alert Amount

Here you will set the Alert Threshold. Once the amount reaches or drops below this figure, the alert will be issued.

Click on the icon to adjust

6. Set Store Alert Subscribers

Enter the Phone Number & Email addresses here to receive Store Alerts

Click to add/remove phone numbers & email addresses

7. Sensor Alerts

The TLS console is constantly monitoring its systems & sensors for warning and alarm conditions, such as fuel leaks, excessively high or low fuel levels, and equipment problems. If anything is amiss, alerts will appear here and you will be notified.
