How to set up Remote Support Client.

Begin by going to and scroll down to the bottom of the page. At the bottom of the page, on the right hand side there will be a Resources section. Select Remote Support.

One the new page, the Welcome to the Petro Outlet Remote Support should display, as well the options to Build Installer and Join with a Code. Select the white arrow inside the blue circle next to Build Installer.

In the menu that appears, type in the name of the store in the Company text box. Example: If the store is name is Daily Discount Convenience, type in Daily Discount Convenience. This will allow Petro Outlet Support to identify your store location if Remote Support is required.

Once the Store location is identified, select Download.

Once the Remote Client has downloaded. Run the the file to install it. Note: At anything if the installation asks "If You Want to Allow the Program to Make Changes", select Yes.

Once the Remote Support Client is installed you can verify by going to the bottom right area of the screen, on the taskbar.
